try TMPGenc->MPEG tools->multiplex->add your mpeg->try the options of the dropdown menu->run (for me conversion to mpeg2 svcd vbr worked)

@bu How did you mux, which program stream? How did you author in vcdeasy - as vcd or svcd?

i'm sorry i did not tell you that i'm working with Svcds not cvds.i just proposed something that you can experiment with.i would try to work with it as svcd.the only you have to lose is some minutes. sorry again for the misunderstanding.

@ bu - did you mistakenly mux using the vcd option in bbmpeg? You should mux a CVD using the SVCD settings in bbmpeg then it won't need to be padded. And if your using 80min Cd's then you can put 812meg mode2 on the CD burned as a SVCD. Have you just tried to burn the mpeg using NERO's SVCD wizard?

ah cheers. i read somewhere i have to mux it with the mpeg-2 settings in bbmpeg, but muxing with svcd settings and authoring as svcd in vcdeasy did the trick!! ^^;; thanks for the help, bu
