How do I glue splits?

Hey chaps When I have cut say a guitar track by pressing "S" or a split appears after recording over a pre recorded part, how do I glue the split back together again? I'm trying to tidy up my editing so I don't have splits all over the tracks. Any help would be great, thank you

Top menue: 'Item' - heal splits in items. Whenever you need a function, try some search words in 'Actions' - show action list.
