Hi, I have the same problem with my Mbox 2 mini. I still have found NO solution whatsoever so far, and I use the provided usb cable with the ferrite interference breaker... :( Anyway, I found on Google a solution that might work for you. I advise you to check this thread on Gearslutz: The nitty-gritty of the question is: Mbox family units have the worst isolation ever discovered on an audio interface, so a good USB cable like the Monster USB Ultimate Performance will do the trick... most of the times. Other guys experimented with ground lifts and found their solution. Others simply changed their audio cables and now they lead a happy life. I'm still struggling... ;)
